Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and
may change without notice. Payment is required in full when an order is placed.
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Substitutions & Quality
Flower availability changes daily and
seasonally. To ensure your arrangement is fresh and beautiful, we may make
thoughtful substitutions of equal or greater value while keeping the overall
design and style consistent. Colors and varieties may vary slightly from photos
shown.

Delivery & Pickup
We deliver throughout Perrysburg and
surrounding communities. Delivery fees and timing depend on location and order
volume. If the recipient is unavailable, we’ll contact them directly to arrange
a suitable delivery time or pickup at our shop.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Floral Arrangements & Fresh Products: Because flowers and fresh materials are perishable, all floral sales are final. If your arrangement arrives damaged or doesn’t meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it
right through a replacement or store credit.

Non-Floral Merchandise & Plants: Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of purchase for store credit with receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Workshops & Events: Registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or session if space allows. Beehaus Blooms reserves the right to
cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances; if that occurs, participants will be offered a new date or a full refund.
